Doing da Dreads

Firstly prepare yourself

Ok so you’ve seen people with dreads and want to try them yourself. That’s good but take a bit of time to realize what a commitment dreads are.

It is a voyage of discovery which no one apart from the dready massive can quite understand. It changes you in many ways, the process of getting them is like a rights of passage, make no mistake it can hurt!

It also takes a long time to make your dreads. On average one dread will take about 15mins so with an average of 55dreads per head that is about 15 man hours. So its best to get 2 mates to help, but when done be doubly ready:-

• You will start to develop a supercool presence,
• Fellow dreadheads will give you knowing nods in the street,
•  You’ll need to find a sturdy stick to beat off the opposite sex!
