PAYENTS 

Ther are 2 options for how to pay for your goods:-

PAYPAL (you need an account)

NOCHEX = Online secure payment for people who don't have a paypal account.

 

Shipping and Returns

All UK orders will be delivered within 7 days of payment. The item will be sent 1st class.

 

In the unlikely event of goods out of stock the customer will be advised.

 

Returns:
If a problem with the order arises Altered States will try their hardest to sort it out. If goods arrive to the customer damaged a replacement will be sent out upon our receipt of the returned damaged item.

 

Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be given for used products. Any used products returned will be disposed of upon receipt.

Privacy Notice

We at Altered States view your privacy of upmost importance and information taken will only be used for the processing of your order and will not be passed on to any third party.
